Joy Home Health Care & Grace CDS was established in 2014. We offer multiple services consisting of: In-Home Personal Care Services, Veterans Care Services, Healthy Children and Youth Services, Personal Care (HIV) Services, and Private-Pay Services.

Joy Blair is the owner and director of JHHC & GCDS. She has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field. She is responsible for overseeing Human Resource duties, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets, assessing staffing needs, hiring employees, designing training programs. Our company’s focus is our customer's wellbeing. Their needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to servicing our clients and our community with love and care.
